Regional Sales Manager

About The Position

SQream, a leading data analytics acceleration platform is looking for a strongly motivated, proven hunter to drive new sales in the EU, directly and indirectly.

Responsibility

  • Generate new sales opportunities (hunting)
  • Lead sales activities from initial contact until sale closure
  • Primarily focus on Telecom, Financial services (banking and insurance), and Manufacturing segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with key prospects, decision-makers, channel partners & AMP; integrators
  • Represent SQream at conferences and industry meetings
  • Work closely with team members including pre-sales and solution architects
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Full hands-on position

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven experience with quota selling
  • Preferably from analytics/big data enterprise software space
  • Proven track record of closing new sales ($500k and above)
  • Experience in growing sustainable revenues within a customer base
  • Experience in selling software via channels partners and distributors
  • Successful track record of sales with large, complex enterprise customers particularly in the Telcom, Financial Services, Retail or Manufacturing
  • Proven track record in building relationships, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating at the senior level
  • Capable of engaging in business and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization
  • Established network within one (or more) of the above-mentioned industries
