We are currently seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager who wish to join our growing HR team and play a significant role in shaping the company’s future DNA and culture.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will design, drive and manage our global hiring processes, making sure we attract the brightest talent in the market. You will develop creative hiring strategies, partner with different stakeholders within the organiztion and create exceptional relationship with industry partners and candidates. 



  • Drive and own full life cycle recruiting processes gloablly 
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met 
  • Identify, attract, and close the best  fit talent in the tech market
  • Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels, referral programs and recruitment campaigns
  • Promote an exceptional candidate experience
  • Coach, train and guide hiring managers on competency-based interviewing, ssessment tools, and inclusive interview practices
  • Build, nurture and develop a robust pipeline of great candidates 
  • Act as key strategic advisor to leaders, sharing market trends, insights and managing expectations
  • Supervise, develop and empower recruiting professionals 
  • Understand and leverage ATS to effectively manage the talent acquisition process
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Passionate about diversity and inclusion 
  • Dig into insights to give our leaders visibility and align efforts with our business and talent strategy


  •  3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in tech companies
  • Expereince with managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
  • An eye for top talent; ability to think outside-of-the-box to identify high potential individuals to join our organization
  • Knowledge of progressive, best practice recruiting tools and methodologies
  • Global recruiting experience 
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with Social Media platforms
  • Relationship builder, comfortable connecting personally at all levels and able to establish credibility and build productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Results driven, highly organized, “completer” and a proactive self-starter 
  • Strong influencing and communication skills (both Hebrew and English) 
  • A great team player with a can-do attitude
