We’re looking for a great Office Manager to be the heart and soul of our office and part of our amazing HR team. In this role, you will assure smooth operations of the office, create and maintain a pleasant work environment, and ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness.

- Manage day-to-day office operations, such as maintenance, supplies, equipment, groceries etc.
- Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of the office space, building services, office infrastructure, furniture, and office equipment – make it a great place to work!
- Manage all front desk activities, greet and direct candidates, visitors, and employees
- Take full responsibility for employee welfare such as events and happy hours
- Support the CEO with schedule and admin tasks
- Support onboarding/off-boarding process and managing employee basic office needs
- Support administrative HR activities
- Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, suppliers, service providers
- Address all employees’ queries related to office management issues (stationery, hardware)
