We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecosystem and Channel Partner Executive to join our big data company specializing in petascale analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration. You should have a proven track record of success in developing a channel partner strategy and managing channel partners as well as a deep understanding of the big data and/or analytics solutions market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with our company's strategic goals and market needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide training, enablement, and support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to effectively sell our petascale analytics solutions
- Work with implementation partners to ensure successful deployments of our petascale analytics solutions
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop effective channel programs, collateral, and messaging
- Develop an ecosystem of partners to provide complementary solutions to our petascale analytics offerings
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance and adjust strategy as needed to meet revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings to inform channel strategy and tactics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel partner management, with a proven track record of success
- Deep understanding of the big data or analytics solutions market, including key players, trends, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to drive revenue growth
- Experience working with implementation partners to ensure successful deployments of solutions
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and energy
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
