Co-Founder & CEO
Ami Gal, a serial entrepreneur, is the CEO and Co-founder of SQream. He brings more than 20 years of technology industry expertise and executive management experience to his role with the company. Prior to SQream, Ami was Vice President of Business Development at Magic Software (NASDAQ: MGIC) where he generated new growth engines around high performance and complex data integration environments. Previously, Ami co-founded Manov, later acquired by Magic Software, and played an integral role in the company’s secondary offering. Over the last decade, Ami has invested in and served on the boards of several startups, as well as mentored founders in startup programs including IBM Smartcamp, Seedcamp and KamaTech. Ami enjoys a mean chess game, long distance running and meeting people driven to make a better world.
Co-Founder & CTO
Razi serves as the CTO at SQream and is responsible for SQream’s next generation technology innovation. An expert in scalable multi-platform high performance server products, Razi brings over 20 years of unique technology experience to SQream Technologies.
Chief Revenue Officer
Deborah currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at SQream Technologies. She is responsible for leading the company's global sales and go-to-market teams including global partnerships and business development. Ms. Leff will also lead efforts to drive SQream's growth and help achieve their goals of enabling organizations to gain maximum insights from their data/AI/ML sets at a fraction of the time and with minimum costs. Before joining SQream, Deborah held various leadership positions at IBM. From 2012 to 2020, she served as the Global Leader and Industry CTO for Data Science and AI, overseeing initiatives related to data science, AI, and machine learning. Deborah also served as the Global Leader of IBM Business Analytics and as a Business Analytics Specialist, where she excelled in sales and achieved quota attainment. Deborah's earlier experience also includes roles at Recruiter.com, where she served as a Board Member since 2019, and at Censia, where she served as a member of the Board of Advisors since 2020. Prior to her time at IBM, Deborah held positions at High-Speed Ventures, GeoSolutions Holdings N.V., Kadient, Inc., UBS, and Pacific Partners. In these roles, she gained experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
CFO
Yoav is SQream’s Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s financial strategy while ensuring operational resilience and efficiency. He brings with him a demonstrated history in the IT and start-up sectors, having served previously as CFO at Sparks AB, an AI / ML fintech, and before this as Group CFO and Managing Director at Bio Data Ltd., a SaaS platform for research companies. Prior to this, he served in management roles at SatixFy, and at Nova Measuring Instruments. Yoav holds a CPA license, a BA in Accounting & Business Administration, and an MBA in Finance & Capital Markets.
Chief Alliance Officer
As Chief Alliance Officer Ittai leads SQream’s global partner organization. He joined SQream from Netformx, where he was CEO, and brings over 28 years of experience as a software sales and management leader. Alliances are at the core of SQream’s go-to-market strategy and Ittai is responsible for building, scaling, and strengthening SQream’s ecosystem of partners worldwide. Ittai is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
VP Product
Matan Libis is the VP of Product at SQream. As a senior product executive with knowledge across SaaS products for enterprise, general management, operations, and R&D leadership, Matan brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Matan specializes in data-driven product management, Cloud, SaaS for enterprise, computer vision, and 3D. Before joining the company, Matan led multiple fundraising rounds and negotiated WakingApp’s acquisition by Scope AR – experiences that inform his daily responsibilities of overseeing product research, vision, roadmap, and execution. holds a BA in Business & IT from Reichman University (IDC) and a MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.
VP HR
Noa serves as SQream's VP HR and has grown together with the company since 2018. Noa is leading SQream's DNA at organizational design & development to ensure SQream meets her goals. As an HR professional within a startup environment, she has over 10 years of experience supporting global growth and leading organizational changes. Prior to SQream, Noa worked at Crazylabs as an HR Manager and Talent Acquisition leader. Noa holds a Master's in Organizational Behavior & Development (BDO) from Reichman University.
VP R&D
Yuval serves as SQream's VP of Research & Development, overseeing the teams that tackle our product roadmap, customer needs, and technological innovation, ensuring SQream remains competitive. With 15 years of software development and management experience, including founding a startup and serving as a CTO, Yuval's extensive knowledge in large-scale systems and databases guides the architecture and development of most SQream products. His dedication drives SQream's excellence in data management and analytics.
VP Customer Delivery
Amihai is our VP of Delivery at SQream, bringing over two decades of experience in customer success, account management, people management, architecture, project management, and hands-on development. Holding an MBA and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, Amihai has excelled in international and cross-cultural integration, serving highly demanding global clients. He specializes in managing cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, for large-scale, real-time, and high-availability operations.
VP Marketing
Yotam is the Vice President of Marketing at SQream Technologies. Yotam has a proven track record in driving revenue growth for B2B technology companies. Before joining SQream, Yotam held various Marketing leadership positions at Ex Libris & NICE Systems. At SQream Yotam is responsible to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support SQream’s global growth plans.
Udi Mokady
Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of CyberArk (NASDAQ: CYBR), the global leader in identity security. He led the company as CEO for more than 18 years from a startup to pioneering the category of Privileged Access Management to a successful IPO in 2014, which was the most successful technology public offering in 2014. Under Udi’s leadership in its first nine years as a public company, through organic innovation and strategic acquisitions, CyberArk significantly broadened its total addressable market and solutions to include securing all identities - machine and human - to become the category leader in identity security. Today CyberArk has more than 8,000 enterprise customers including more than half of the Fortune 500 and 35% of the Global 2000, consistently achieving record growth while accelerating overall market adoption of its identity security solutions. Udi is an entrepreneur, mentor, angel investor, and a recognized thought leader in the areas of cyber security, global expansion, and innovation at scale. Udi joined General Catalyst as a Catalyst Advisor and serves on the board of directors of CHEQ and SQream. Udi was previously on the board of Demisto until its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks. Udi is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Cyber Security Advisory Panel and the Brandeis International Business School Board of Advisors. Udi was named the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Technology Security category in New England and received the 2018 Asper Award for Global Entrepreneurship from Brandeis University. A veteran of an Israeli Military Intelligence unit, Mokady holds a law degree (L.L.B.) from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master of Science Management degree (MSM) from Boston University. Udi currently resides in Boston.
Charlie Federman
Charlie is a founding Partner with Silvertech Ventures, a venture fund and Hub located in New York City. He is a well-known investor and advisor to technology companies and was a Partner with the Israeli/US venture firm BRM. Prior to Silvertech, he was an active personal investor and was the seed investor and board member in Payoneer. Prior to BRM, Mr. Federman spent 15 years culminating as Chairman with Broadview. At Broadview, he advised on more than 100 acquisitions of software companies and was instrumental in building the European and Silicon Valley offices. Mr. Federman also sits on the boards of Semperis, iGentify, and TrackerDetect. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Lane Bess
Lane has more than 30-years of experience as an operational executive, and in launching technology start-ups and growing medium-sized businesses to large-scale. A former CEO of Palo Alto Networks and COO of Zscaler, he has been a trusted advisor to many enterprise CIOs and CISOs including PernixData, Inc., Nutanix, Inc., and others.
Yodfat Buchris-Harel
Managing Director & Professional Board Member with extensive experience in Management, Business Development, Marketing and Strategic Planning. Bridging between different business cultures. Directly responsible for closing business deals with major international corporations from the Commercial, Financial and Technology sectors. Working relationships include the leading Trading Houses, Technology conglomerates, Commodity Manufactures and Distributors, major private equity funds, international venture funds, and others.
Andy Brown
Andy Brown currently serves as CEO of Sand Hill East, LLC, which provides strategic management, investment and marketing services to emerging companies. He is a member of the boards of directors of Guidewire (GWRE) a public company providing cloud based insurance services, Zscaler, Inc., a privately held company providing cloud security services, LMRKTS LLC, a company providing FX and Swaps compression utilities, Moogsoft, a next generation AI-Operations company, and SiteHands, a company providing “field engineering as a service.” Andy is also CEO and co-owner of Biz Tectonics LLC, a privately held consulting company. Jeff Epstein
Jeff Epstein is an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, where he specializes in Marketplaces and Cloud Computing. He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle, one of the world’s largest and most profitable technology companies, with a market value of over $150 billion. Prior to joining Oracle, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies, including DoubleClick (sold to Google), King World Productions (sold to CBS) and Nielsen’s Media Measurement and Information Group. Richard N. Foster
Richard N. Foster, Presidents’ Circle co-chair, is a member of the Policy & Global Affairs Committee of the National Research Council. Dr. Foster is an Emeritus Director of McKinsey & Company, Inc. Dr. Foster joined McKinsey in 1973, was elected a partner in 1978 and a Senior Partner/Director in 1982. During his tenure at McKinsey, Dr. Foster founded several practices including the private equity practice, the healthcare practice and the technology and innovation practice. From 1995 to 1998 he led McKinsey’s worldwide knowledge development. Dr. Foster was also a member of the key personnel committees from 1985 – 1995.
David Assia
David Assia is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, being one of the pioneers of the vibrant Israeli high-tech software industry. David founded multiple global companies and listed them on either NASDAQ or TASE (Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange). David is the Chairman of iAngels, a leading crowd funding platform and is also the founding board member of Biocatch, the Cognitive Authentication Biometrics Company. He is actively involved as a lead angel and a director in multiple high-tech companies. David runs his family’s, privately held, investment company, Nadyr Investments Ltd.
