We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our R&D Department as a Team Lead. In this role, you will lead a scrum team of talented C++ developers, and be reporting to an R&D Group Leader.

You’ll have a unique opportunity to transform our SQream analytical big data database from on-premise to a cloud-based solution, that allows the world's biggest enterprises to make the most out of their big data.

Responsibilities:  

• Manage an agile team of 3-5 engineers, including hiring, training, mentoring, and tasks management, alongside hands-on coding
• Be responsible for team's professional knowledge and level, code quality in all aspects
• Implement and maintain a distributed, large-scale system, lead and own critical aspects of our system which is related to scalability and performance
• Analyze business requirements and architect scalable, high performing, testable solutions
