Sales Development Representative

SQream is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work out of our New York City office. The primary responsibility of the SDR is to communicate the SQream value proposition to decision makers and influencers in order to acquire qualified sales opportunities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a go-getter early in their career.

What you’ll do…

As a SDR at SQream, you will work alongside sales executives to build a qualified pipeline of potential customers. This role involves researching companies and contacts and prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn and other means to get them excited and engaged with SQream. You will not only be responsible for outbound prospecting, but will be expected to become an informational expert on SQream (since you will be the face of the company). Don’t worry though, we will train you and have the tools that will help set you up for success. A successful SDR recommends and adapts to changes and has excellent time management and interpersonal skills.


  • Procuring Qualified Sales Leads
  • Documenting daily activities in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Working closely with the sales executives to accelerate sales cycles and to extend reach into target accounts
  • Representing and protecting the SQream brand with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communication

Skills you have…

  • You have inside sales and or lead generation experience
  • You have tenacity and a hunter mentality
  • You are open to trying new things and thrive on learning and welcome coaching
