Responsibilities:

• Implement new architecture and code using modern architecture patterns
• Design and implement best practices and repeatable process constructs to scale and harden our services ecosystem
• Mentor team members to grow
• Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of projects
• Collaborate with other engineering managers, product managers, and stakeholders to build services that help empower customers
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Sets team priorities and defines roles, responsibilities, and workflow
