We're looking for an experienced and self-driven Python Developer to join our team and to be the Technical Lead for all our QA Automation engineers

You will need to have experience with large and complex systems and be able to think creatively, learn new things, adapt to a constantly changing environment, and mentor a large team of QA Automation engineers.

* Web automation experience is less relevant for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor a diverse QA team across different locations
  • Develop and implement QA strategies and plans in coordination with R&D teams
  • Design and review python code
  • Implement test scripts utilizing python and SQL
  • Execute regression tests using automated frameworks
  • Monitor/Test Linux resource allocations (Memory, CPU, Limits, Etc.)
  • Perform ongoing functional, system, performance, and regression activities


Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer
  • 1+ experience as a Tech Lead
  • Experience working with Linux OS – Must
  • Solid Knowledge in SQL - Must
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in building and implementing QA processes across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven work experience with Databases.
  • Experience working in Git, Jira ,Jenkins.
  • Experience with AWS / GCP Cloud environments.
