We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Specialist with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences whothrives in dynamic environments and have a track record of success with SaaS products. You will be part of our product team. and play a pivotal role in shaping the UI/UX direction of our three distinct product lines.


  • Lead the UI/UX characterization efforts within the product department, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute a cohesive design strategy that aligns with the unique needs of each product line and target audience.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that enhances user engagement, usability, and overall satisfaction across our SaaS and On-prem products. Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and industry best practices.
  • Leverage your extensive experience in working with SaaS products to create intuitive, user-centered interfaces that cater to the requirements and preferences of both enterprise and SMB customers.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring that our UI/UX solutions address user pain points and deliver exceptional value.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective UI/UX designs. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and idea sharing.
  • Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts, iterate on user flows, and refine UI elements for optimal user experience.
  • Provide design expertise and support to marketing teams, assisting in the creation of visually compelling assets that resonate with our target audiences and align with our brand identity.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and industry developments. Apply your insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in UI/UX design roles, with a focus on SaaS products. A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, or similar tools. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a track record of translating user insights into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
